Wholesale market of electric power of the region: Problems, risks, and development
Abstract. The paper investigates problems of electric power and capacity market development. The role, prospects and risks of development of wholesale market of the electric power of the Murmansk region has been shown. The authors have defined the list of priority actions necessary for development of power generation and non-admission of social intensity in the region.
