Critical philosophy of Kant in St.-Petersburg Theological Academy: Critics and interpretation

Abstract. The paper contains analysis of perception of Kant critical philosophy by Russian religious thinkers and representatives of St.-Petersburg theological academy – F.F. Sidonsky and V.N. Karpov. The author has shown that Western European rationalism was opposed to Russian philosophy. However there was some impact of philosophical ideas on Russian thinkers, they influenced on formation of academic philosophy in Russia in the XIX century.
