Forecasting models for control systems of heat-and-power engineering objects

Abstract. Design and analysis of a forecasting model for safe operation of control system of an object have been considered. As an example the control system of supply water level in a stream drum boiler has been described. It has been shown that the method of exponential smoothing gives ability to estimate trend parameters characterizing not an averaged process level but a tendency taking place at a moment of the last observation.
