Estimation of positive completeness of navigation routes planning

Abstract. The mathematical description of the similarity between planning and executive routing defining positive completeness of planning has been given. The trajectory indistinguishable and indistinguishability in terms of maritime safety have been realized at the positive completeness of planning.
