Situation in Arctic against the background of return to Cold War instruments
Abstract. An overview of researches on the Arctic humanitarian issues has been presented. The geopolitical situation in Arctic after return of the Crimea to Russia in the context of changing international relations (attempts to isolate our country in the world; return to the instruments of the Cold War; international sanctions including those from the Arctic Council countries) has been considered.
