Murmansk State Technical University as an example of high school development in the new social and economic conditions
Abstract. The author has tried to analyze the conditions having determined the path of the Murmansk State Technical University development during last 10 years in the area of the federal, branch and regional parameters as an example of the so-called "department" high school and has shown some perspectives of the further University development.
