Prospects for the development of natural resources in the Russian Arctic in the conditions of sanction restrictions
Abstract. The analysis of the situation in the sphere of natural resources development in the Russian Arctic has been conducted. It has been shown that sanctions initiated by the US and EU are an additional stimulus for the innovative system creation in the field of Arctic exploration. Some recommendations for the development of a strategic plan for the introduction of innovative technologies, improving the quality of economic justification of investment projects and coordination in their implementation have been proposed
