On influence of technogenic sewage on physical and chemical characteristics of the freshwater reservoir
Abstract. The effect of industrial sewage on the physico-chemical characteristics of Lake Imandra has been estimated. The numerical modelling with the program complex Selector-C has shown that industrial sewage leads to increase of concentration of Na+, K+, Cl, F, SO4-2, SiO2, . The water is saturated with respect to Ca, Na, K, P, Al, Si. If the sewage volume is three times greater, the value of pH throughout the water body increases by 0.4.
