The municipal charter: Peculiarities of acceptance, registration and implementation
Abstract. The paper considers the questions of the municipal charters working out. The author has analyzed the reasons of contradictions between the municipal charters, the federal legislation and the legislation of the Russian Federation subjects. The ways of overcoming of discrepancy occurring at state registration and implementation of the municipal charters in Russian Federation have been shown.
