On the subject of modern criminological science
Abstract. The paper has analyzed the subject of modern criminological science accounting the reality of nowadays. Its substance and scope has been defined, some controversial points have been considered. The author has summarized the positions and opinions on the problems expressed by the majority of criminologists, and has substantiated his own point of view.
