The comparative characteristic of Oithona similis (Claus) populations in waters of the Pechora Sea and Eastern Murman near-shore area
Abstract. The paper considers the ecological peculiarities of molluscs of the family Planorbidae. This family includes two species of the genus Anisus in the northwestern part of the Murmansk region. Biotopes containing dead sections of plants and algae are the basic habitat for the representatives of the family. The regularities of planorbid biomass distribution in different biotope types have been found.
