On the problem of personality in the philosophy of G. Fedotov
Abstract. In paper the characteristic of mineral-raw and economic potential of the Russian Federation’s North is given. Immediate prospects of development of Northwest of Russia, as uniform regional economic system are examined. The conclusion has drawn that high potential opportunities of this region of the country in the long term, with necessary state support, can promote the solution of many important problems of development of all economic complex of the Russian Federation.
