The process approach and problems of its application
Abstract. The stage of business-process modelling is necessary for perfection of the enterprise activity. Any modern enterprise is a complex system, its activity includes execution of many connecting functions and operations. Modelling simplifies the system of processes' interaction, provides an opportunity of accepting solutions concerning their updating. In the paper the matrix model of business-processes of the food-processing industry enterprises has been offered. The peculiarity of the model is that the generated matrix gives tasks of the level of the organizational division (department) which then can be grouped both on the functional (activity subject) or process (result) principles and on the market event.
