Co-ordination of economic and defense activity in the Arctic region from the viewpoint of regional presence
Abstract. An application of new methods of the time-frequency analysis for the short economic time-series characteristic for regional processes allows execution of objective comparison of regional economic processes' dynamics. It has been offered to apply the comparative form-spectrum analysis of the processes starting from the formalistic approach based on the principles of correlation analysis. The examples of analysis used for researches of short time-series of regional economics of the Murmansk region, Northwest and Central federal regions of the Russian Federation have been presented.
