Innovative transformations of ship-repair enterprises as requirement of stable development of marine activity
Abstract. The paper considers the situation occurring in the process of Arctic development. The conclusion has been made that the situation demands some radical revision concerning the development of the region. In the system of priorities of the marine economics development in the Arctic region one should point out the solution of problem complex.
