Some aspects of economic problems of sea and fishing fleet of Northern pool
Abstract. The paper discusses conditions of the transport and fishing ships operation in the new economic conditions. First of all it has been offered to discuss the legal factors influencing on the economic exploitation of ships. The question of creation of the favourable conditions for the Northern pool ports operation has been considered.
