Abstract. The paper considers the phenomenon of legal socialization of the youth as the factor of civil society development. Social and philosophical system of right and right thinking relations has been analyzed; philosophical aspects of the problems of deviant behaviour and extremist trends in the legal socialization of the youth have been studied.
