Problems of mass media influence on the potential and real criminals

In the paper the problems of criminality representing in mass media, its consequence and using of mass media for control and influence on criminality have been analysed. The author has studied the problem of interaction of state institutes, society and mass media and has come to the conclusion concerning the influence of publications on criminal behaviour genesis.
