New methods of analysis of nonstationary high-speed variable machinery processes

Abstract. The problem of analysis of the high-speed variable machinery processes, for example vibration and pressure pulsations in the units and systems of internal combustion engines, has been investigated in the paper. Particular attention has been given to applying of the latest advances in non-stationary signal processing such as Fast Fourier Transform and Wavelet Decompose. The method aimed to estimation of the system structure stability in the process of the non-stationary vibration has been offered in the paper. It is based on quantitative estimation of phase maps obtained via wavelets.
