Evolution of ambivalence's concepts in philosophy at the turn of the XX and XXI centuries
Abstract. The paper reveals real sense and functions of the ambivalence in modern philosophical knowledge. The basic "grow points" of idea of ambivalence’s ascension to the social philosophy category have been considered. Methodological value of the ambivalence’s category for the analysis of dynamic social and cultural activities that gives an opportunity to discover new quality of society development’s forces as a whole has been proved. The ambivalence is characterized as dialectical attitude that organizes the start of the subject thought’s movement where alternative antipodes interpenetrate and push away on the base of composition and perception. The conclusion of understanding the human reality as process that runs in dialogical oppositions has been made.
