The method of calculation of the function of energy distribution of conduction electrons at stationary gas ionization

Abstract. In order to calculate many integrals characterizing the ionized gas state it is necessary to have the function of energy distribution of conduction electrons. It appreciably differs from equilibrium when the source of the ionized radiation has a stationary character. The function of electron energy distribution has been found by solving the electrons' balance equation in a minor energy range. The solution has been found by using Fourier-images of the distribution function and source function. The more convenient approximate balance equation has been found as well.
