System approach to economic parameters' forecasting
The forecasting of the economic objects functioning parameters
has been considered in the paper. While choosing a forecasting method the author
proposes to base on the results of a system analysis. In particular, the external
and internal reasons of the forecasting parameter changes have been analyzed.
Basic of them are: change of the input variables (disturbing and managing),
change of the uncontrollable variables (noises), the dynamic, time dependent
and teleological properties of the object.

Use of Solow production function for two-product firm modelling
The model of general balance has been considered in the work. The
model analyses supply and consumption of several kinds of goods and it takes into
account the influence of the prices structure on the production structure. Usually
the Cobb-Douglas function is used for modelling and instead of this the author
proposes to use Solow production function. This function describes processes of
resources replacement much fuller. The analytical formulas for lines of effective
resources distribution, production opportunities and volume of optimum firm
production have been received, when the prices vector is given in case of Solow
production function.

Some peculiarities of the principles of the Russian Criminal Law have
been considered in the paper. The principle of citizenship, which had been changed
greatly in the Criminal Law of the Russian Federation, has been analyzed. The
principle of citizenship needs further improvement as its formulation does not
comprise all the possible situations. This reduces efficiency and definiteness of
